Today was the Santaquin Day's Parade. Bailey and Morgan have been taking a summer dance class and they got the opportunity to march in their first parade. It was a short parade and there were plenty of clouds in the sky so it wasn't too sunny or hot, perfect for a first parade!

Owen had so much fun getting all the candy that people were throwing out
Reagan was having a sad day, she hated the sirens and horns, plus her allergies were acting up...

ReplyDeleteOur city made some rule that anyone float/person throwing candy in a parade would be charged $100. Crazy, huh! So, no candy in our parades!

Oh man I missed the parade in Santaquin???? That one is my favorite! Jon chisolm hands out tooth brushes and olsen gardens hand out tons of flowers and we always score

They do hook you up at the Santaquin Parade! We got 4 pots of flowers and tons of candy...we didn't get a tooth brush or other stuff...the lady next to us said that they are starting to get more regulations because it is getting bigger...
ReplyDeleteOh cool! I lived in Payson for a few years until we moved to Salem 2 years ago. My husband's business is in Payson next to Dominos. We should get together sometime. Amanda would have a hay day playing with your girls.
