After family pictures everyone made their way to the beach. Sara and Sean brought their canoe and Papa had a blow up boat. We made sure that the little ones all had life jackets on and some played on the beach, some jumped off the dock and some took rides in boats.

At one point the boys decided that they were old enough to take Papa's boat themselves. They mostly went around in circles but they did manage to end up on the other side of the pond
I don't think Oakley was meaning to but it totally looks like he was copying her!
The older girls decided to wade out to see how deep they could go. Bailey didn't want to get too deep because she had just spent all morning long straightening her hair and once it gets wet it gets poofy!
Madi tried to pull her in but in the end Bailey got out with her hair still pretty dry!
The middle ones (I can't call them they young ones anymore with so many babies!) had fun playing in the wet sand. It was perfect for building sandcastles. Everyone had a fun day!
