Easter Egg hunt at Grandma's

Saturday was not the day for Easter Egg hunts

First it was super windy

then the rain came

We went to the Payson City Egg Hunt (that was a joke)

Then over to Payson Market (another joke)

Then we went over to my Grandma's house

It was still raining

so we had to do it under the carport

There were lots of fun hiding places

Like...

In the gas compartment

In the rear windshield wipers of my sisters jeep

In the mailbox

(there were a lot in the bottom too!)

In the basket of my neice's bike

On the luggage rack of my brothers scooter

Even though the hiding places were cheesy

the kids had a lot of fun finding all the eggs

My cute baby sisters had fun watching and filming.

Happy Easter

We had a fun Easter

The kids got cute new church clothes

and new outfits

and TONS of candy!

Bailey is growing up way too fast looking so beautiful

Morgan was super excited to eat all the candy

Owen was so handsome
Reagan still is not a fan of my new camera
Morgan had a great idea to make funny faces

I guess all the pictures wore them out!

Bailey's Choir performance

Bailey had her spring choir performance.

It was really cute!

There was no real theme,

just fun songs

The Choir is much smaller now than it was in the fall.

Practice was held after school

because *some* kids were not being very respectful

when they *had* to be in choir

Bailey chose to do a solo this time

she was super nervous

but she did fantastic!

She has a wonderful voice

she chose to sing

"You are my Sunshine"

"One-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eater"

Morgans School Performance

A few weeks ago Morgan had a school performance.

The entire first grade worked super hard

I was so impressed

every kid knew every word to every song!

At the very last minute of school

she was asked her if she would do a speaking part

Morgan was so excited

she practiced and practiced and practiced until it was time

She looked nervous

but she did it!

Plus she got to sit by two super cute boys!

Tricks

For the winter we took down the trampoline

the kids have been having so much fun playing on the frame

When I got home yesterday Owen was so excited to show me his newest trick

Look ma, no hands!

Crazy hair day

It is spirit week at the girls school

Monday was crazy hair day

So Morgan said "I want my hair in a hundred piggys'

So we did as many as I could

I think I got about 15 piggys...

close enough

We love spirit week!

Reagan's stitches

Kids love running in the house.

No matter how many times I tell them not to they still do.

Well today Reagan was running.

She ran into the table, then she ran to me screaming and blood dripping down her face...

I tried to clean her up but the blood just kept pouring out...

So I took her to the doctor

He said that she needed stitches

he gave her verset to calm her down...boy did it calm her down

She no longer had use of her body

eyes rolled back

body limp

mouth smiliing at something unseen

I laughed a nervous laugh, it is so hard to see your baby like that

it only took two stitches

and 20 minutes for the verset to wear off enough for us to go home.

She hates her picture taken to I took advantage of her still being a little loopy to take some of her stitches.

She still couldn't walk at this point,

and her head would flop around a bit too.

I love her eyelashes!
She started getting annoyed from me taking pictures
while she was trying to remember how to eat a cracker...

She is doing much better tonight
the verset has worn off
she is ready for bed
I just hope that she makes it through the night!

Spring flowers

I am so ready for spring to be here!

It was so nice when we had a warm spell a few weeks back

my flowers started blooming

they still are but they are struggling

I love my crocus'

daffodils have never been my favorite

but it is funny when they are your own how beautiful they are!

Spring PLEASE come back!

There is a saying.

One mans trash, is another mans treasure.

Everything that Owen sees is a treaure!

...And those *treasures* go either in his pocket,

or on his dresser.

He loves this dog with all his heart! He has had him since he was three months old and he cannot watch cartoons in the morning with out him!
